Ingredients:
- Medium sized chicken
- 500 g potatoes;
- 150 g soup
- 50 g parsley
- 50 g celery
- 30 g ghee
- Oil for frying
- Leaves of dandelion
- Lemon Sour
- black pepper
How to prepare fried chicken with Zaara soup:
- Purify, clean and chop the celery and parsley. Cut the hen into equal pieces. Place in a large saucepan with celery, parsley, black pepper and salt and immerse in 2L of water.
- Leave it on the fire for an hour, stirring and replacing the evaporated water when needed. Then take out the chicken
- pieces, drip and dry, then season with black pepper and salt and leave separately while the pot remains over the heat. Pour the soup into the stock and cook uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile peel the potatoes and cut into neutral bacilli. Heat the oil and fry the chicken until it browns and remove from heat.fry the potatoes, then take them out and sprinkle them with some black pepper and salt.
- When serving, place the chicken pieces in the center of a plate and arrange the potato pieces around them and garnish with dandelion or lettuce leaves. Pour the soup into a bowl and add a little ghee and then adjust the salting and serve with lemon.
