Ingredients:
- – Red cabbage 400 g
- – Strawberry 100 g
- – Walnuts 50 grams
- – Parsley 20 g
- – White vinegar 20 grams
- – Lemon juice 20 grams
- – Olive oil 30 grams
- – Garlic fine 10 g
- – Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking:
- – Cut the cabbage into wings
- – Clean strawberries and cut in half
- – Cut the mint into small pieces
- – Mix all ingredients well with olive oil, lemon and salt
- – Place walnuts on top of the salad
