- 1- Slit the fish as much as possible inward so that it can be stuffed
- 2- Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper from inside and from outside
- 3- Chop garlic, lemon and onion sliced and cut the pepper in half
- 4- Put the fish on aluminum foil and open and then stuffed with onions, coriander and lemon And a pinch of white pepper, chili, garlic, a pinch of salt, bay leaf, potato pieces and pepper pods
- 5- Turn the fish over and stop on its belly and then sprinkle white pepper and olive oil
Then put lemon slices and onions on top and then cover tightly - 6- Put in a tray and put lemon slices, bay leaf and some water in the tray
- 7- Enter the oven at a temperature of 190 or 200 from 1 hour: 1/4 1 hour depending on its size
- 8- Garnish the fish with coriander, lemon and nuts and serve with tahini sauce or daqoos
