Ingredients:
- Fruit of the season, for example:
- 1 pomegranate
- 3 banana sticks
- 2 medium apples
- 2 oranges
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2 spoons chantilly cream powder
- 1/2 cup milk (milk)
- sugar to taste
- lemon to taste
Method:
- Whisk the milk and cream powder chantilly with a little sugar then add the yogurt and stir the mixture well.
- Cut the fruit into small pieces and cover with enough sugar and lemon juice and leave in the refrigerator until we get your salad sauce.
- Add the yogurt and cream mixture chantilly to the salad, stir well and serve cold.
