Amounts Zaara pasta:
- 200g smoked salmon
- 250g tagliatelle
- 20 cl fresh cream
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 200 g spinach leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt, black pepper
The modus operandi of Zaara pasta:
- Boil the spinach leaves in boiling water for a minute, then drain them and let them drip. Slice the pepper in half, remove the seeds, then cut it and fry it with garlic in a little butter. Lift it and set it aside. Then fry in the same pot the spinach leaves.
- Pour the fresh cream into another pot and let it boil.
- Then add the salmon pieces and let them boil for two minutes, add a little black pepper.
- Meanwhile we have boiled tagliatelle in copious boiling water for 8 minutes, keeping it firm. Put the tagliatelle in a bowl, pour the cream sauce and salmon over and stir. Add the peppers and spinach, mix all the ingredients.
- Serve Zaara pasta with a hot zaara
