Ingredients:
- 250g rice precooked in boiling water
- spoon chopped onion
- minced garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons minced cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tuna
- 2 tablespoons peas
- 2 tablespoons mushrooms
- Béchamel sauce
- teaspoon butter
- Salt and black pepper.
Cooking:
- Mix the oil, onion, garlic until browned, then add the peas, tuna, salt and black pepper.
- Grease the oven dish for a little butter, then mix the ingredients except for the béchamel sauce and pour it into the dish and pour a layer of sauce and in the end sprinkle the minced cheese.
