Amounts of Briwat:
- 200g minced meat
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- Bristles of free saffron
- 1/2 half teaspoon turmeric
- Two shots of cinnamon
- 30 g butter
- 7 Marketed Papers
- Salt and black pepper
The modus operandi of Briwat:
To prepare the kofta mixture Briwat
- Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in a pan with butter for 5 minutes. Add meat, parsley, coriander, saffron, turmeric, cinnamon, salt and black pepper. Stir well with a wooden spoon until the minced meat disintegrates and the broth dries out after 10 minutes.
- Add the eggs one by one, stirring continuously until the eggs are cooked.
- Cut the marketed paper into two strips lengthwise and then put the amount of a tablespoon of the meatballs mixture. Bend the edges of the paper to get a rectangular shape and then roll it into a rod with beaten eggs until it sticks. We continue in the same way until the meatballs mixture is finished.
- Fry Briouat in a hot oil bath and serve hot.
