
Ingredients:
Qatayef:
- 500 g Qatayef
- 150 g butter
- 150 g Boufriwa
- 200 g almonds100 g peanuts
- 100 g flour sugar
Diameter:
- 400 g sugar
- Three quarters of a liter of water
- Two tablespoons of orange blossom water
- Half a coffee spoon of lemon juice
Amounts for decoration: - 100 g hazelnuts
- 50 g chopped pistachios
How to prepare Qatayef:
- Fry Qatayef in butter over low heat with continuous stirring, when it browns a little, sprinkle it with some boiling water and then let it drip from the water.
- Fry the nuts and chop them, add sugar and katayef and then put them in a plate.
Pour the pre-prepared syrup on it, mix the water and sugar over medium heat, when the water evaporates, add the lemon juice and withdraw it from the heat. - Put the mixture in the oven for 10 minutes, then leave it a little until it solidifies and we turn it in another dish and return it to the oven until the second side browns
- Serve the Qatayef in a plate and decorate with nuts. Cut it as soon as it cools.
