How to prepare couscous with vegetables:

- Peel the red pumpkin, wash the tomatoes and remove the head and then add to the pot in half the stage of cooking vegetables (carrots, turnips and pumpkins)
- When the vegetables are cooked, remove the cooker from the heat and add the local ghee to the broth
- In a serving dish, put couscous hot in the form of a pyramid, hollow in the middle, put the meat and garnish with vegetables, then put the broth over it.
