Ingredients
- 12 Burak Papers
- 4 eggs
- 2 onions, chopped
- 500 g minced meat
- 150 g minced cheese
- Minced parsley
- A pinch of salt
- Oil for frying
How to prepare borak:
- Put the onion with a little oil and leave it on the fire until browned a little, then put the minced meat and let it simmer, then add the chopped parsley and cheese and mix all the ingredients well and then pull from the fire.
- We open a paper Burak and put in it about a tablespoon of the mixture and then roll it to get a cylindrical shape close well from all sides
- Fry it in oil until the borac acquires a golden color, then put it in a special paper until it absorbs the oil, then serve it with pieces of lemon
