Ingredients:
- 200 g rice
- 500g boneless chicken
- 100 g peeled almonds
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 red pepper
- Small cup of oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 50 g chopped parsley
- a pinch of salt
- Spices: 1/2 tablespoon black pepper, saffron, paprika, thyme, bay leaf
How to prepare rice with chicken:
- Fry the chicken pieces in oil with vegetables, garlic, spices and salt.
- Add a little water and let it cook for 60 minutes. We cook the rice in boiling water until it is cooked for 15 minutes.
- Pull it out of the heat and leave it to dry from its water, then add it to the sauce and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Then add the almonds and leave them a little over the heat, then drag them and pour into a serving dish.
