Ingredients:

Algerian Power, Lahmis

  • 500 g green chili pepper
  • 500 g green bell pepper
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 250 g Padangan
  • 250 g onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Spices: 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

How to prepare for chickpeas:

  1. Grill all the greens, peel them and remove the seeds. We cut them into small pieces.
  2. Add a spoonful of tomato paste and let it simmer for 30 minutes
  3. Add salt, black pepper and oil and leave for 5 minutes.
