Ingredients:

Algerian pastries, shakhshoukha

Dough:

  1. 500 g flour
  2. Oil cup
  3. Water and a little salt

Fillers:

  • meat to taste
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 250 g pepper
  • 2 small onions;
  • Pumpkin pieces
  • Garlic head
  • parsley
  • 100 g chickpeas
  • 100 g beans
  • Oil cup

Spices: spherical and spice and saffron

Method of preparing Shakhshukha:

  • Prepare the dough, knead the flour, water and a little salt and then Nkorha small balls, stretch it with the use of oil until you get a sheet of dough, cook it on a plate of iron or clay.
  • Heat a little oil, add the meat to fry a little, add the spices, vegetables and legumes, leave it to cook.
    Cut the pies into small pieces, put them in a bowl, water it with stock and garnish with pieces of meat, vegetables and parsley.
