Children tend to be picky eaters, and it’s a common observation that they don’t like veggies and fruit. The worry that your child isn’t receiving enough nutrients in their diet is shared by many parents. But persist, and you will win them over in the end. Bring in some nutritious snacks gradually.

Giving children tasty fruit snack is a terrific first step in encouraging them to adopt a healthier diet.
These kid-friendly fruit snacks are sure to be a hit:
Individual Fruit Pizzas
What’s Required:
4 Tortillas, whole wheat, medium
Greek yogurt, plain, 1/2 cup
Slicing a quarter cup of strawberries
Mandarin oranges, about a quarter cup’s worth, from a can; drain and cut into bite-size pieces
Blackberries, quartered (1/4 cup)
a quarter of a cup of sliced, peeled kiwi
Green grapes, quartered, about 14 cup
Fresh orange juice, 34 of a tablespoon
Honey, half a teaspoon; vanilla essence, one teaspoon
Yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and orange juice should be blended in a mixing dish. Set aside. Wheat tortillas may be easily made into circles with the use of a tiny round cookie cutter. Fruits including strawberries, mandarin oranges, blackberries, kiwi, and grapes are sprinkled above a layer of yogurt spread on each of the circles.
If your child prefers a cold snack, serve after chilling in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Colorful Skewers
What’s Required:
As many raspberries as there are
7 hulled strawberries
Tangerine with 7 sections
Seven peeled mango cubes
7 sliced, peeled pineapple pieces
7 kiwifruit pieces, peeled
7 bunches of green grapes
Count: 7 bunches of red grapes
There are 14 blueberries in this basket.
Skewers, 7 of wood
Put one raspberry, one strawberry, one tangerine, one cube of mango, one piece of pineapple, one chunk of kiwi fruit, one green grape, one red grape, and two blueberries on each skewer. If you want, you may chill the fruit in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes beforehand.
Bowl of Fruity Nut Yogurt
What’s Required:

1 sliced banana
Two handfuls of frozen berries (any kind would do)
Vanilla Yogurt, One Cup
Chopped nuts, about 3 teaspoons
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, 1 Tablespoon
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Arrange the bananas sliced, fruits, yoghurt, mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds in a dish in a decorative order. Put in the fridge and let it chill for at least 10 minutes.
Many delicious and healthy snack combinations may be made with fruits because to their wide variety of shapes, sizes, colors, and flavors. Add them to their diet gradually, but before you realise it, they’ll only consume nutritious treats.
