Vegans and vegetarians, particularly new converts to the lifestyle, have a tough time resisting the allure of meat. You don’t have to choose between your vegan lifestyle and enjoying burgers when you try one of these three delicious and fulfilling vegetable burger variations.
Vegetarian Portobello Sandwich, No. 1
You’ll need canned black beans, fresh cauliflower, a red onion, 3 Large shells, Panko bread crumbles, olive oil, your preferred flavoring, anchovy-free Worcestershire sauce, chopped garlic, and vegan shredded Parmesan. Also, portobello mushroom tops.
In a very big dish, mash together 1 cupppeeee of black beans. Cut the portobello stems into cubes. Combine them with an additional cup of pureed black beans, your preferred flavor, a half cup of chopped red onion, two teaspoons of minced garlic, and one cup of shredded broccoli. Mix in a little more than half a cup of Bread crumbs bread crumbs, three whisked extra-large eggs, and three-quarters of a cup of vegan Parmesan cheese. Mildly combine.

Chickpea Vegetable Sandwich, Number Two

You’ll only need 6 simple ingredients: 15 ounces of black beans, some ketchup, some mustard, some garlic powder, and some onion powder. Put in the instant oats you prefer. Now we begin!
